Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a flair for organisation? RocQ (Pty) Ltd, a leading aesthetic and health distributor (www.rocq.co.za), is looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Northcliff.

This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales initiatives and contributing to our continued success.

About the Role: As our Sales Assistant, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless support for our sales team and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support: Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to aid the sales team.

  • Proactive Cold Calling: Identifying and engaging with potential new clients to generate leads and introduce RocQ's innovative product portfolio.

  • Website Management: Assisting with content updates and maintenance of the RocQ website to ensure accurate and engaging information.

  • Price List Management: Preparing, updating, and distributing comprehensive price lists for our premium products.

  • Appointment Setting: Efficiently scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team with prospective and existing clients.

  • Client Communication: Handling inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM system.

  • General Administrative Duties: Providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Experience with Accounting system like Xero / Sage etc.

  • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is beneficial.

Oor die Pos:
As ons Verkope-Assistent sal jy die ruggraat van ons verkope-bedrywighede wees en sorg vir naatlose ondersteuning aan die verkope-span en kliënte. Jou kernverantwoordelikhede sal insluit:

  • Verkope Ondersteuning: Voorbereiding van verkope-aanbiedings, voorstelle en verslae om die verkope-span te ondersteun.

  • Proaktiewe Koue Oproepe: Identifisering en kontak van potensiële nuwe kliënte om leidrade te genereer en RocQ se innoverende produkportefeulje bekend te stel.

  • Webwerfbestuur: Hulp met inhoudopdaterings en instandhouding van die RocQ-webwerf om akkurate en boeiende inligting te verseker.

  • Pryslysbestuur: Voorbereiding, opdatering en verspreiding van omvattende pryslyste vir ons premium produkte.

  • Afspraakbeplanning: Doeltreffende skedulering en bevestiging van afsprake vir die verkope-span met potensiële en bestaande kliënte.

  • Kliëntekommunikasie: Hantering van inkomende navrae, lewering van uitstekende kliëntediens en handhawing van sterk kliënteverhoudinge.

  • Databestuur: Instandhouding en opdatering van kliënterekords in ons CRM-stelsel.

  • Algemene Administratiewe Pligte: Verskaffing van essensiële administratiewe ondersteuning vir gladde verkope-bedrywighede.

  • Vlot in Engels én Afrikaans (geskryf en gesproke).

  • Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office-programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ervaring met 'n rekeningkundige stelsel soos Xero / Sage ens.

  • 'n Proaktiewe ingesteldheid met 'n sterk werksetiek en aandag aan detail.

  • Vorige ervaring in 'n verkope-ondersteunings- of administratiewe rol is voordelig.
