Peanut Butter Smoothie
What you need!

2 x TBS Organic Pea Protein Powder

Ice 3 blocks

½ cup Almond or Dairy Milk
-
½ cup water
-
2 x TBS Peanut Butter
-
½ Tsp Vanilla extract
-
Squeeze of Honey

The process!

Blend all the ingredients together.... delicious!

Morning Mango Smoothie
​What you need!
​
-
2 x TBS RocQ Collagen
-
2 x TBS Pea Protein
-
2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Mango slices
-
1/2 Cup plain Yoghurt
-
1/4 Cup Milk
-
1/2 Cup Water
-
2 TBS Honey
-
1/4 Tsp Cardamon
The process!

Blend all the ingredients together.... delicious!

Pancakes
What you need!
-
1 TBS Pea Protein
-
1 Large ripe banana
-
2 Large eggs
-
1 TBS Rolled Oats
​
The process!
​
-
Blend bananas and eggs till smooth
-
Add Pea Protein & Oats and blend again.
-
Pour out the mixture into a pan.
-
Brown one side then flip to finish cooking
-
Serve with Maple syrup and berries of your choice.
