Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

This competition ("Competition") is organised by RocQ (Pty) Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of South Africa, with its registered address at 219 Frederick Drive, Northcliff, 2194 ("Organiser").

By participating in this Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Period

The Competition will commence on 01 July 2025 at 09:00 AM SAST and will conclude on 30 November 2025 at 05:00 PM SAST ("Competition Period").

No entries or points will be awarded for purchases made outside of the Competition Period.

3. Eligibility

This Competition is open to all registered aesthetic practices in South Africa that are existing customers of RocQ.
Participants must have a valid RocQ account, and the account must be up to date to be eligible for prizes.

4. How to Enter & Earn Points

To enter the Competition, eligible participants must purchase specified CMed Aesthetics® and PrimaCure products from the Organiser during the Competition Period.

Points will be awarded based on the net value of each qualifying product purchased (excluding VAT, shipping, and other charges), according to the official points allocation table provided by the Organiser.

Discounted Purchases:
If a participant receives a discount on any qualifying product, points will be awarded pro-rata based on the Organiser’s standard selling price of that product, prior to any discount and exclusive of VAT and other charges.

Points will be automatically tracked by the Organiser based on successful and fully paid purchases. Participants accumulate points throughout the Competition Period.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and to disqualify any participant found to be manipulating or misrepresenting the entry process.

5. Prizes

The prizes for this Competition are as follows:

- Prize 1: The first 10 participants to reach 40 points will each win a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne and a hamper of macaroons.
- Prize 2: The first 5 participants to reach 120 points will each win a bottle of Chanel Eau de Parfum.
- Prize 3: The first 3 participants to reach 240 points will each win an Apple iPad A16, 128GB with Wi-Fi.
- Prize 4: The first 1 participant to reach 480 points will win a trip to Paris from 27–31 January 2026, including return flights from South Africa, hotel accommodation, and exclusive dinners with CMed (28 January) and PrimaCure (29 January).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

6. Winner Selection

- Winners are determined based on the principle of “first to reach the accumulated points threshold” for each prize tier.
- If two or more participants reach a points threshold at the same timestamp (based on the Organiser’s records), the winner will be the participant with the highest cumulative purchase value (excluding VAT) at that moment.
- If a tie still exists, a random draw will determine the winner.
- If no participant reaches a threshold by the end of the Competition, the Organiser may award the prize to the participant closest to the threshold or cancel it, at its discretion.

The Organiser’s decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 business days of selection.
If a winner does not respond within 15 business days, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will be delivered or fulfilled within 12 weeks of winner confirmation.

For the trip prize:
- Any additional expenses not explicitly covered (e.g., meals, local transport, visa costs, travel insurance, incidentals, or activities not specified in the prize description) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Any changes to the itinerary requested by the winner will be at their own cost.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Organiser may use their name, company name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser, its affiliates, and their employees or agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in the Competition or use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. General Conditions

- Cancellation & Amendments: The Organiser may cancel or amend the Competition or prize details at any time. Efforts will be made to notify participants promptly.
- Health & Safety: Winners must be physically fit for any travel or activity. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Legal Compliance: Winners must comply with all applicable laws in South Africa and in the destination country.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms or engaging in dishonest conduct.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and participants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
