We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a dual role that is critical to our daily operations.

Role Summary:

The Retail Sales & Workshop Controller / Driver will be a key member of our logistics and operations team. The primary responsibilities includes accurate audit process capturing, efficient packing of all goods for dispatch, as well as the safe and timely delivery of products to our valued clients and retail partners. This role requires an individual who is meticulous, responsible, and possesses strong organisational skills, and the necessary safe driving skills with Code 8 / EB license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing and Logistics Management:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare all customer orders for delivery.

• Ensure all packaged goods meet quality standards and are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

• Maintain accurate records of goods packed and dispatched.

• Manage all courier arrangements and liaise with courier services to schedule pickups and deliveries.

2. Driving and Delivery:

• Conduct safe and timely deliveries of products to various destinations, including retail stores, clinics, and other clients.

• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.

• Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are accounted for and secured.

• Provide a professional and friendly service to clients during the delivery process.

3. Stock Control and Warehousing:

• Comply to SAHPRA / GMP Audit requirements for data capture and processes.

• Assist with regular stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Organise and maintain the warehouse/storage area, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.

• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities against delivery notes.

4. Merchandising and Retail Store Support:

• Ability to drive to customers throughout Gauteng (JHB & PTA) & perform sales, & merchandising duties at designated retail stores and clinics.

• Ensure products are displayed correctly, priced accurately, and are well-stocked.

• Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring the brand's visual standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Valid Code 8 / EB Driver's License: A valid and unendorsed South African driver's license is essential.

• Experience: Experience in a similar role (retail experience, packing, driving, and/or warehousing) is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy boxes.
